Christoforos Theodosiou
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Christoforos has gained over 16 rewarding years of experience while working as an auditor and financial services consultant for one of the global Big-4 audit firms and as an Executive Manager in leading firms in the financial services industry. During his career, extensive experience was acquired in advising high profile clients, investment firms and funds, on improving their compliance framework and undertaking their compliance or internal or external audit function.
Founder of Konkrit Accounting, currently manages a portfolio of over 30+ regulated firms including Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs, AIFLNPs) and Payment Institutions (PI), in addition to a number of software development companies and AI related ventures
He is a fellow member of ICAEW as a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC). He holds a degree in Accounting & Industrial Placement from Northumbria University and CySEC’s Advanced Diploma.

Costas Stylianides
DIRECTOR - HEAD OF ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Costas is a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) and has several years of experience while working for big firms in Cyprus in their Accounting and Tax departments, before joining Konkrit Accounting. His experience consists of book-keeping for holding companies and Tax & VAT advisory.

Afroditi Trimikliniotou
HEAD OF PAYROLL DEPARTMENT
Afroditi graduated from the University of Piraeus with a degree in Computer Science. She worked for several years as a software consultant and attended various seminars related to business and human capital management. The experience she gained as a payroll software consultant led her to join Konkrit Accounting as a Payroll Officer.
